1. Service Description
React Central is a cutting-edge platform that revolutionizes media content creation and IP ecosystem management. Our service provides innovative tools for content creators, enabling synchronized video experiences and creative freedom while maintaining legal compliance.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must ensure all content complies with applicable laws and platform policies. You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights and permissions for any content you create or share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines or applicable laws.
3. Community Guidelines & Objectionable Content
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. The following is strictly prohibited: sexual or pornographic content, hate speech, threats or harassment, violence or dangerous acts, content that endangers child safety, spam, and infringement of others' intellectual property.
You can report any video or block any user from within the app. We review reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action, including content removal and account suspension. Repeat offenders are permanently banned.
4. Intellectual Property
While using our platform, you retain ownership of your original content. However, by using our services, you grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and modify your content as necessary to provide our services. 5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is fundamental to our mission. We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, implementing industry-standard security measures to protect your information. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Upon termination, your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
