Virtual Converter for React Central

Terms of Use

Effective · October 16, 2026

1. Provider and scope

These terms cover Virtual Converter for React Central, the Windows and macOS desktop conversion utility provided by VirtuEDIT Inc., 12 Daewangpangyo-ro 645beon-gil, Bundang-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do 13487, Republic of Korea (business registration 495-86-03096). Contact: help@virtuedit.com.

Virtual Editor and React Central's mobile apps, website, accounts and online sharing services have separate terms. Microsoft Store, Apple, Google/YouTube and other third-party services also have their own applicable terms. VirtuEDIT is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies merely because this app interoperates with their services.

2. Free release and permitted use

The first release is free of charge. Core conversion does not require registration, a subscription or a payment method. Any future paid offering will be explained separately; these terms do not authorize retroactive charges.

Subject to these terms, we permit you to install and use our original software for lawful personal or business purposes. Original VirtuEDIT-owned software is proprietary and is not offered under the MIT License. This permission to use the application does not grant permission to redistribute, sublicense or sell our proprietary source code, except as separately authorized or permitted by applicable law. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses, which prevail for those components. Nothing here removes rights granted by an applicable open-source license or mandatory law, including permitted inspection, interoperability or reverse engineering. Keep applicable copyright and license notices with redistributed components.

You must be able to enter into the applicable agreement, or have any legally required parent/guardian authorization. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to do so.

3. What the app does and its limits

The app analyzes a finished reaction video and its matching original, masks the original-video area, processes audio and produces a reaction video and sync file. It may ask you to confirm a removal area or review detected sections. Jobs lets you follow queued work and reopen supported results.

Matching, boundaries, mask detection, audio removal and synchronization can be imperfect. Audio processing may change or remove part of the reactor's voice; masking cannot reconstruct pixels hidden in the input. Some layouts, changed original-video positions or overlapping reactor/original images may not be suitable. Review both the video and audio before publishing and retain your originals and independent backups. A completed conversion or passed automated check is not a guarantee of flawless output.

4. Your media and third-party services

You retain your rights in your media and results, subject to third-party rights. Core local processing does not give VirtuEDIT ownership of your media or a general license to publish it.

You are responsible for having the permissions or legal basis needed to access, download, process, publish and distribute content. Public availability does not itself grant download or reuse permission. Use link import only where the source service permits it and you have the necessary rights. When uncertain, use local files you are entitled to process.

Masking, separation and synchronized playback do not establish fair use or any other exception, clear copyright, bypass platform enforcement or guarantee monetization or upload acceptance. Do not use the app to infringe rights, evade access controls/DRM, obtain private or restricted media without authorization, or distribute unlawful content.

YouTube and other media hosts may restrict embedding, change formats or remove content. Link import and previews may stop working for reasons outside our control. YouTube use is subject to its Terms of Service. Platform-specific rights are not supplied by this app.

5. Saved data and deletion

Working files, downloaded media, analysis, jobs and review projects may persist locally. Saved output files may be separate from the working project. Removing a job can remove the associated editing and analysis data even if you retain saved results. Editing again may require new import/download and analysis. Choosing to delete results can remove the app-managed saved files as well. Read the deletion options and keep independent backups. Uninstalling does not necessarily remove outputs, working data or copies in other locations.

6. Updates and availability

The app may check signed release information, show an update or service notice, and require a supported version before new processing or creation of output. Version restrictions are designed to preserve access to existing projects, ordinary saving and cancellation, and not interrupt work already running. This is not a guarantee that every old project can open on every future device or version.

On Store installations, application updates are delivered through the Store. Direct-download users may need to download and install a new app. The link-import helper may separately download a verified update to app-managed storage. We may change features for compatibility, safety or service reasons, subject to applicable law and any required notice. Future material changes will not silently remove mandatory consumer rights.

7. Support, security and privacy

Support: help@virtuedit.com. Include the app/OS version and a minimal, redacted reproduction. Do not send credentials or private media unnecessarily. We do not promise a particular response time or continuous third-party service availability. The Converter Privacy Notice explains information handling; acknowledging it is not blanket consent to optional data processing.

8. Warranties, liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or replaces rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, obligations concerning digital products, and liability that mandatory law requires us to accept.

Subject to those protections, the free app is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free matching, complete removal or acceptance by another service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use, third-party service failures, or a failure to keep reasonable backups. This does not exclude responsibility for our fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other non-excludable liability. No arbitrary monetary cap or blanket indemnity is imposed by these terms.

9. Disputes and changes

Contact help@virtuedit.com so we can try to resolve concerns. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive collective redress rights, or force consumers to sue exclusively in a foreign court. Applicable mandatory law and competent courts remain available.

We may revise these terms and will identify the revision date and give notice or seek agreement where required. A change does not retroactively remove rights already acquired. If you stop using the app, uninstall it and manage local files separately as needed; continuing obligations concerning existing rights and lawful retention are unaffected. The final published terms will be available at https://virtuedit.com/converter/terms.
