Information to Include
- Your device model and iOS or Android version if you are using the app.
- Your browser, browser version, and operating system if you are using React Central on the web.
- The React Central app version and build number, if available.
- The email address or sign-in method used for your account.
- The page URL if the issue happened on the website.
- The video link, creator profile, or channel involved, if the issue is content-specific.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Any visible error message or a screenshot that does not include private information.
Account and Privacy
- You can clear local watch history and recent searches from the app settings.
- You can delete your account from supported app settings.
- You can request account and associated data deletion from the account deletion page.

Playback and Links
- Some videos depend on YouTube or another third-party platform being available.
- If a shared link does not open the app, update React Central and try the link again.
- If sync or playback seems wrong, include the video link and a short description of the timing problem.
Website Checks
- Try a current version of Safari, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
- Disable content blockers temporarily if login, analytics consent, or video embeds do not load.
- Clear cookies and site data for virtuedit.com if the website is stuck in an old session.
- Reload after clearing the service worker or browser cache if the web app shows an outdated version.
Safety and Reports
Use in-app reporting for content that appears abusive, infringing, misleading, or otherwise unsafe. For urgent support issues, email help@virtuedit.com.
