Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the React Central iOS and Android apps and React Central web experience operated by VirtuEdit.
- You are responsible for the content, links, metadata, and profile information you submit.
- Do not use React Central to violate copyright, privacy, publicity, platform rules, or other rights.
- React Central may remove, hide, limit, or moderate content and accounts to protect users and the service.
Accounts
You may need an account to save videos, like videos, subscribe to creators, publish or manage content, send reports, or use other account features in the React Central app or website. Keep your login information secure and use accurate information when creating or updating your account.
Website and PWA
React Central may be available through a browser or installable web app experience. The website may use browser storage, service worker caching, cookies, analytics, and third-party embeds to provide login, playback, caching, preferences, feedback, and performance features. Browser settings, content blockers, or private browsing modes may limit some features.
Your Content
You keep ownership of content you submit, including profile information, video links, titles, descriptions, sync metadata, feedback, and reports. You grant VirtuEdit permission to host, process, display, distribute, modify for formatting, and otherwise use your submitted content as needed to operate, improve, promote, protect, and moderate React Central.
Rights and Permissions
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to submit, publish, share, or link to any content through React Central. This includes rights related to copyright, privacy, publicity, music, video, thumbnails, metadata, and any third-party platform terms.
YouTube and Third-Party Services
React Central may display or link to YouTube content and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. VirtuEdit is not responsible for third-party availability, takedowns, account restrictions, processing delays, playback behavior, recommendations, advertising, or policy decisions.
Acceptable Use
Do not use React Central to upload, link, promote, or distribute illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, dangerous, or harmful content. Do not bypass access controls, scrape the service, interfere with security, impersonate others, misrepresent sync metadata, or abuse reporting, feedback, or moderation tools.
Moderation
We may review reports, hide or remove content, restrict visibility, disable features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts when we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or operate React Central. We may also use automated thresholds and user reports to temporarily hide content pending review.
Local Data and Account Deletion
Deleting local watch history or recent searches removes data stored on your device, but it does not delete server-side account data, likes, saved videos, subscriptions, reports, feedback, or uploaded content. You can perform account deletion in supported app settings or request deletion through the account deletion page.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how React Central handles information. By using React Central, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described there.
Service Changes
React Central may change over time. Features, availability, moderation rules, platform integrations, supported links, and app behavior may be updated, limited, or discontinued.
No Warranty
React Central is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free playback, sync accuracy, third-party availability, or that content will remain available.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirtuEdit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, content claims, platform restrictions, account actions, or third-party service issues arising from use of React Central.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when React Central changes. The updated terms will include a new last updated date. Continued use of React Central after changes means you accept the updated terms.
